| Requirements |
We’re seeking a reliable individual for our lawn maintenance crew lead. As part of our team, you'll lead our maintenance crew from April through to November. The right candidate will also have the ability to work with us into the winter season and work on a snow removal crew.
Duties
-Operate equipment to cut grass.
-Collaborate with team members to coordinate snow lawn maintenance efforts efficiently.
-Efficiently lead a crew and drive a company work vehicle safely through our list of lawn services.
-Examining equipment on a routine basis to inspect for damage or worn parts.
Requirements
-Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
-Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety protocols at all times.
-Ability to work in adverse weather conditions for extended periods.
-Previous experience in snow removal and lawn care, or related fields is required.

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
