| Requirements |
- A university degree with 8-10 years related experience with two (2) or more years in a professional consulting context. - Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP, or equivalent), or eligibility for a designation is required. - A combined 8-10 years experience in project management, change management, co-management, and/or co-governance is required. - Experience working with Indigenous groups, businesses, and/or governments is required. - Experience working with natural resource management is required. - Experience in social and economic development sectors is an asset. |
| Duties |
Reporting to the Owner, the Senior Project Manager will support, lead, plan, manage, and execute a variety of complex, diverse, and high-visibility projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company goals and the clients’ operating models. The successful candidate must be a strategic thinker with extensive experience in project management, change management, co-management, co-governance, community engagement, relationship management, adept at leading cross-functional teams, and skilled in interest holder communication. |
