Coy’s Par 3 is a picturesque and unique 9-hole golf course located in Columere Park (6 kms south of Fairmont Hot Springs) that has been growing in popularity for over 3 decades - often referred to as one of the most challenging 9 holes in the East Kootenays. It’s a family friendly course where loyal customers and visitors continue to rave about how much they enjoy the experience, the view, and the good times on the deck at the clubhouse after a fun round. Our staff is one of the true strengths of our course, we are committed to ensuring a great golfing and dining experience for all guests. We are currently accepting applications for the position of Grounds Crew / Turf Care Maintenance. Duties: • Operation of all mowers (greens, tees, fairways, rough) • Operation of all utility vehicles (aerators, string trimmers, chain saws, blowers, etc.) • Setting up course for play (changing pins, repairing divots, ball marks, garbage clean up, etc.) • Assist with irrigation and irrigation repairs • Maintenance and general landscaping • Assist with construction projects and renovations • Assist with maintenance of the equipment fleet Requirements: • Golf or landscape experience is an asset; however we are willing to train the right individual • Mechanical aptitude an asset • Positive attitude and work ethic • Team player • Work outdoors in all weather conditions • Willing to work some weekends • Valid drivers license Compensation: • Salary $ 22.00 / hour, full time seasonal • April 1(approx.) - Oct 31 • Golf Privileges • Discount on food and merchandise • Accommodations may be available to the right candidate |
