As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment efficiently. Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items and beverage options. Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing any concerns or feedback promptly. Sales and Promotions: Promote daily specials, seasonal beverages, and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness in the café area, including workstations, dining areas, and equipment. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers. Team Collaboration: Contribute to a friendly, positive and team-based work environment. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge. |
