Experience: Minimum 4+ years in a rafting leadership role preferred but not vital. Ability to lead and manage a team, fostering a positive work environment. Certifications: Valid Swiftwater Rescue Technician - Level 3 training. Relevant 80-Hour First Aid Certification (Wilderness First Aid or Workplace First Aid). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Passion for outdoor adventure and a commitment to safety. |
| Duties |
Lead and oversee daily rafting operations, ensuring smooth and safe experiences for clients. Ensure the team is adhering to safety protocols as per industry standards. Foster an exceptional guest experience by creating a welcoming and adventurous environment. Lead guided river tours with professionalism and enthusiasm. Ensure guest safety by adhering to best practices and safety protocols. Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and adventurous environment. |
