| Requirements |
-Minimum of 4 years of related work experience -Valid Class 5 Driver’s License, with a clean driving record, Class 1 or 3 preferred -Demonstrated effective communication skills, both oral and written -Strong customer service skills -Proficient time management skills and flexibility in adjusting between a variety of duties -Must be a reliable team player, able to work with and without direct supervision -Able to work outside in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, wet) and perform physical work -Available to work shift & weekend work, if required -Supply your own CSA approved work boots |
| Duties |
-Operate heavy equipment -Haul equipment to and from site -Ability to read and interpret drawings and lead construction workers, operators and laborers in daily tasks -Accurately maintain daily written records -Submit all documentation to office at days’ end or as agreed in the employment agreement; -Adhere to ALL Irontek policies & procedures -Perform routine maintenance and service -Ensure safe operation of all equipment, tools & vehicles -Issue any written warnings, quality control reprimands, incident reports, inspection forms as needed -Professional, courteous & respectful manner |
