Requirements RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Create and manage kick-ass people programs that enable all employees to contribute to our company’s success, in a way that ignites our culture.
-Oversee recruitment initiatives. Engage talent, grow talent pools, and get creative in finding kick-ass people!
-Support leaders on performance management and employee engagement, from coaching, to managing feedback channels, to creating action plans.
-Regularly review, update, and continuously improve our processes, programs, and guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS
-Degree or continuous education in Human Resources.
-Minimum 5 years experience as an HR generalist.
-Data analytics, reporting and HR systems experience.
-Solid knowledge and understanding of BC Employment Standards.
-Solid skills with MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint and maybe even Planner and SharePoint.
-Experience in payroll will be an asset.
-Willing and able to work out of our headquarters in Invermere, British Columbia.
-Legally entitled to work in Canada.

OTHER INFORMATION

This is an onsite position located in Invermere, BC.
This position works Monday to Friday, 8-hour days. Your day will start anywhere from 8:00 am to 9:00 am and roll from there.
