We’re seeking motivated individuals to join us for the 2024 season. • Previous roofing or construction experience is not required, but candidates must be willing to learn from and assist co-workers. • Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions. • Ability to lift more than 45 kg (110 lbs) and perform manual tasks. • Clean BC Driver’s license preferred. • Successful completion of Fall Protection & WHMIS training required (employer-paid). |
| Duties |
• Ensure safety and efficiency by regularly cleaning and maintaining work areas. • Aid in installing and repairing residential roofing systems using materials like asphalt shingles and metal sheets. • Perform physically demanding tasks, including material handling. • Utilize hand and power tools for accurate cutting, nailing, and measuring. • Collaborate with team members, following supervisor instructions for efficient project completion. • Strictly adhere to safety regulations for a secure work environment. |
