Zipline / Aerial Park Guides play a significant role as front-line staff in the day-to-day operation of the Zip Line Tour. They are the main source of information and assistance to Guests when they are at height. Guides are fully trained in the operational procedures for the Zip Line Tour. |
| Duties |
-Daily pre-operation inspection of the facility and life safety equipment - Completing inspection log sheets in a clean and organized manner - Facilitating 3-4 Zipline Tours per day OR Facilitating Aerial Park activities - Guest training and orientation to the experience including the teaching and supervision of the Guest Training Courses - Assisting Guests by providing moral and physical support as needed - Retrieving guests and conducting evacuation procedures as needed - Site cleaning and maintenance as needed - Safety training as needed |
