? Perform reservations and check-in/out guests using the Hotel’s reservation software as well as 3rd party booking sites
? Answer hotel reservations phone line and operate the PhoneSuite Console telephone
? Process payments for hotel guests, program electronic keys and handle other retail sales
? Record and present daily cash outs for payments received, ensuring accuracy
? Service guests for the duration of their stay: provide additional complementary products, fill ice buckets, transfer calls, program wake up calls, assist with internet connections, etc.
? Take orders for take-out & delivery, collect payments & perform cashout
