Our seasonal operators create the link between the brewing and shipping process and therefore help to keep the company ahead of the competition while continuously improving the process. As an Operator, you would be responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, operating high speed manufacturing equipment, driving fork trucks and cleaning. You would also become trained in lean manufacturing techniques, which includes monitoring and interpreting performance date to ensure we’re operating at our maximum capacity. Job Responsibilities · Monitoring high speed equipment · Driving fork trucks · Loading supplies into machinery · Recording process data · Helping continuous improvement by following Key Performance Indicators · Performing process quality control checks · Industrial cleaning and sanitation · Read, monitor and interpret performance metrics · Accurate Pallet Make Up for deliveries · Following Inventory Controls & Processes · Operate a pallet jack · Dry hopping (brewing department) · Any other duties assigned by manager |
