- Responsible for ensuring smooth front desk operations at the Creston Hotel while delivering professional, welcoming service to hotel guests, banquet attendees, and takeout customers of Jimmy’s


Duties Front Desk & Guest Services
- Handle reservations, check-ins, check-outs, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Issue room keys, verify guest IDs, and process payments.
- Provide high-quality guest service: fulfill requests, deliver amenities, assist with technology, and resolve issues professionally.
- Promote local attractions, dining, and events to enhance guest experience.
- Inspect rooms with management to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Track occupancy and coordinate with housekeeping.
- Process takeout orders accurately, ensuring quality control.

Administrative Duties
- Complete daily opening, shift-change, and closing checklists.
- Handle clerical duties: emails, phone messages, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Maintain brochures, maps, and promotional materials.
- Keep front desk records organized and confidential.
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks.

Cleaning & Support Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk, takeout, banquet, and public spaces.
- Assist with laundry, linen folding, and housekeeping support during busy periods.

Restaurant & Banquet Room Duties
- Take, verify, and process payments for take-out food orders, ensuring accuracy and quality control before orders are released to guests
- Assist with banquet room bookings by providing basic information on room availability, setup options, and menu selections
- Support banquet and event setup by arranging tables, chairs, and food service areas according to event specifications
- Refill amenities and supplies during banquet events as required
- Assist with post-event cleanup to ensure banquet spaces are returned to operational standards in a timely manner
