| Requirements |
-Prior experience in landscaping or farm maintenance is an asset. -Candidates must be physically fit, able to lift up to 20kg, and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. -We seek someone hands-on, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. -Must be comfortable with power tools and small equipment. -Strong problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to take initiative are essential. -Reliable transportation and basic English language skills required. |
| Duties |
-Assist with small building and repair projects, fencing, mowing, and weed whacking. -Support day-to-day farm operations and work closely with the farm manager to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently. -Operate and maintain small equipment and tools. -Assist with general farmhand duties as needed. -Take on a variety of hands-on tasks to keep farm infrastructure and grounds well-maintained and operational. |
