Duties ? Be the main point of contact for our customers
? Coordinate appointments and manage schedules
? Manage and prioritize technician workload
? Keep jobs organized and moving efficiently
? Communicate clearly between customers and technicians
? Ensure every customer leaves feeling confident and taken care of

• Monday–Friday (no weekends)
