Early Childhood Education Certificate and/or 2 years equivalent experience working with children ages 0-6 required. Nobody’s Perfect Facilitator training an asset Strong understanding of early childhood development principles. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using Zoom for virtual meetings. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and Canva. Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle. Excellent time management and self-motivation. Ability to lead and facilitate groups Can lift 30lbs and manage 20 stairs |
| Duties |
Connect families with relevant service providers in the Elk Valley. Facilitate group programming for children and families Provide monthly statistical reports. Plan and execute community events throughout the year. Handle administrative tasks including digital and print marketing, event coordination, and communication with rental managers. Display enthusiasm and passion for early childhood development. |
