2–5 years of experience in financial services or a related field (bookkeeping, tax, investments, or similar) Strong organizational skills – you take pride in keeping things structured and running smoothly A thoughtful problem-solver who can work through challenges independently Someone who takes initiative, follows through, and can be trusted to manage their work with minimal oversight Excellent communication skills, with a naturally kind and professional approach A strong work ethic paired with a genuinely kind, team-first attitude Comfort with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) is an asset but not required High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and confidentiality |
| Duties |
Manage the day-to-day operations of our wealth desk, including processing investment trades and transactions accurately and efficiently Follow up with fund companies and providers to ensure all requirements are completed and nothing falls through the cracks Prepare, track, and organize documentation related to investment accounts and recommendations Support advisors with meeting preparation, client follow-ups, and ongoing service needs Communicate with clients in a warm, professional, and approachable manner Maintain detailed and accurate records in our CRM and internal systems Handle all client information with a high level of confidentiality and care Contribute to a positive, respectful, and supportive team environment |
