Requirements We are looking for a reliable, self-starting professional with exceptional communication skillsand a clear telephone voice. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Gmail, with the technical aptitude to learn industry-specific software for parts ordering and warranty claims. High attention to detail is non-negotiable, as you will manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment. While HVAC knowledge is an asset, we prioritize a positive, problem-solving attitude and a commitment to being a dependable team player.

Duties • Reception & Dispatch: Act as the first point of contact for customers; manage multi-line phones and coordinate technician schedules for service and emergencies.

• Technical Administration: Source and order parts/equipment; accurately handle warranty registrations and utility rebate submissions.

• Office Operations: Process customer payments, organize supplier statements, and provide general administrative support to the field team.

• Quality Control: Maintain an organized office flow to ensure no customer request or technician need falls through the cracks.
