| Duties |
• Reception & Dispatch: Act as the first point of contact for customers; manage multi-line phones and coordinate technician schedules for service and emergencies. • Technical Administration: Source and order parts/equipment; accurately handle warranty registrations and utility rebate submissions. • Office Operations: Process customer payments, organize supplier statements, and provide general administrative support to the field team. • Quality Control: Maintain an organized office flow to ensure no customer request or technician need falls through the cracks. |
