Requirements: - Proven customer service experience - Pizza or kitchen experience preferred, willingness to learn - Positive attitude and team player - Availability to work weekends and holidays - Ability to work and stand for extended periods of time in a fast paced environment - Food Safe & Serve It Right certification preferred but not a must - Have your own transportation Customer Service & Prep Cook Pay: $20 per hour + shared tips Terms: Full-time and part-time positions available Start date: End of April/ beginning of May We are looking for a self-motivated, friendly person who enjoys interacting with customers and the team alike. You should be a good communicator who is cheerful, confident, outgoing and loves to work in a team. Ideally you have previous experience working in the customer service, food industry and you are motivated to learn about the process of making Neapolitan Pizzas with a real fire oven. We enthusiastically care about our customers, our community, and our business, which is why we have such a strong focus on Customer Service. Duties: - Create positive customer experience and build relationships to support customer retention - Perform daily opening and closing tasks - Prepare pizzas according to our recipes and specifications - Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients and cleanliness of work stations - Adhere to food safety standards and regulations |
