Duties & Responsibilities Provides courteous and professional guest services Utilizes instinctive upselling techniques and negotiate rates to maximize revenue and occupancy levels Maintains order and cleanliness at the front desk Handles guest accounts Assists guests on arrival, departure and during their stay Operates the telephone console Processes reservation and cancellation requests Performs other duties as directed by the General Manager |
