| Requirements |
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Solid ability to deliver Kick Ass customer service. Availability to work weekends and holidays. Coffee does not take days off, especially in summer Prior experience in the coffee industry or a café. Food Safe Level 1 Certification. Experience with cash handling and POS systems. |
| Duties |
Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring a smooth Café operation. Run food and drinks to the correct tables, clear and restock stations, and keep tools, dishes, and ingredients clean and organized. Maintain fridges, merchandise, and supplies, anticipate customer needs, and uphold safety and cash-handling procedures. Support the Kitchen with basic prep as needed. |
