Experienced in physically demanding roles, including standing for full shifts and performing frequent lifting, bending, and twisting. Background in manufacturing or production, with familiarity in operating production and packaging equipment. Skilled in basic computer use and data entry; Excel knowledge is an asset. Highly motivated to learn and develop new skills. Holds, or is willing to obtain, a narrow?aisle forklift operator certificate. |
| Duties |
Follow SOPs and checklists to roast, bag, and box coffee. Support Packaging by inspecting, packing, and boxing according to production needs. Assist Roasting by calculating green bean requirements accurately. Safely move beans by forklift and inspect finished products for quality. Operate roasting and packaging equipment via HMI, perform basic troubleshooting, and work with Maintenance. Enter data into ERP systems and maintain inventory. Complete daily cleanups, follow safety policies, participate in Kaizen, and cross?train across production teams. |
