Requirements We are looking for an experienced head and/or sous chef with the right attitude, passion and work ethic to help us re-launch The Mallory restaurant at the Creston Golf Club for the 2026 season. This is a seasonal full-time position from March to November with potential to continue on to a permanent year round role. Besides standard a la carte cooking, ideal candidates would also have some banquet/buffet experience. If you are an experienced leader or think it might be time to take on a leadership role, but without the corporate vibe, The Mallory might just be the place for you.
