| Duties |
Job Responsibilities: Craft and serve an exquisite selection of cocktails, mock tails, and classic beverages with precision and creativity. · Maintain extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail ingredients to offer recommendations and pairings. · Provide an exceptional guest experience by engaging with customers and delivering high-quality service. · Ensure accurate preparation and presentation of all drinks according to the restaurant’s standards. · Manage bar inventory, stock supplies, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. · Stay up to date with industry trends, seasonal ingredients, and innovative cocktail techniques. · Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines. · Collaborate with the culinary and beverage team to develop new drink recipes and seasonal cocktail menus. |
