| Duties |
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling, and priming as needed • Apply paint, stain, and coatings to interior and exterior surfaces • Set up and break down job sites safely and efficiently • Use ladders, scaffolding, and lifts to reach elevated areas • Follow colour plans and specifications to achieve consistent, professional results • Protect furniture, flooring, and fixtures using drop cloths and masking • Communicate professionally with clients and team members on site |
