Requirements: Proven experience in a guest-facing, fast-paced, or golf operations environment. Strong verbal communication skills with confidence using phone and radio communication. Demonstrated ability to maintain flow, organization, and efficiency in high-traffic areas. Strong product knowledge aptitude with the ability to learn and communicate Academy programs, merchandise, and equipment. Sales-minded approach with a focus on guest engagement and experience enhancement. Ability to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods. Physically capable of performing job duties, including walking, standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks. Ability to safely operate range picker vehicles and follow safety procedures. High attention to cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards. Positive attitude, strong situational awareness, and professional demeanor. Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous golf industry, guest service, or retail experience preferred. |
| Duties |
Responsibilities: Manage and maintain golfer flow prior to tee times, ensuring an organized, welcoming, and efficient Academy and practice experience. Serve as a key communication link within golf operations using phone and radio communication to support scheduling, instruction flow, and guest readiness. Provide knowledgeable and engaging service related to Academy programs, club offerings, merchandise, and equipment. Leverage strong product and program knowledge to drive guest engagement and support sales of practice balls and equipment. Maintain excellent situational awareness to anticipate golfer needs and adjust operations in real time. Operate range picker vehicles and Academy equipment safely in accordance with established procedures. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the Academy, practice areas, equipment, and guest-facing spaces. Assist guests with directions, and general Academy inquiries. Adapt quickly to changing schedules, weather conditions, and operational demands while maintaining a calm, positive attitude. Collaborate closely with golf operations, instruction staff, and retail teams to ensure a seamless Academy experience.
