Responsibilities: Serve as the first and last point of contact for members and guests, delivering a welcoming, professional, and positive experience. Provide outstanding front-line guest service in a fast-paced, outdoor golf environment. Maintain strong situational awareness to anticipate guest needs, manage traffic flow, and support smooth daily operations. Safely operate golf carts and service vehicles in accordance with established procedures. Assist guests with arrival and departure needs, including bag handling, cart staging, and directions. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation for carts, staging areas, practice facilities, and guest-facing spaces. Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members using in-person interaction, phone, radio, and hand signals as required. Adapt quickly to changing weather, pace of play, and operational demands while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor. Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries or concerns.
