Requirements: Proven ability to perform effectively in a busy, fast-paced and team-oriented guest service/ retail environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including email, phone, and radio use. Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure. Sales-focused mindset with confidence in member and guest engagement. Strong adaptability, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Basic computer and POS system proficiency. Previous retail, guest service, or golf industry experience preferred. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. |
| Duties |
Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality guest service in a fast-paced, high-volume golf shop environment. Adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for retail transactions, tee times, sales and rentals. Communicate clearly and professionally using in-person, phone, email, and radio communication. Maintain strong product knowledge of golf merchandise, equipment, and apparel to assist guests and increase sales. Actively promote merchandise, programs, and specials to drive revenue. Resolve member and guest inquiries and concerns efficiently and professionally. Maintain shop appearance through merchandising, restocking, and ongoing cleanliness. Assist with inventory management, receiving, and stock control.
