Position Overview: As General Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations, oversee multiple department leads (lawn maintenance, snow removal, turf care, cleanups), and serve as the strategic bridge between ownership and field staff . You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality results, managing profitability, and helping to expand the business and team. This role is ideal for someone with operational leadership experience in trades, landscaping, or property services — someone ready to take full ownership of team performance, systems, scheduling, and client satisfaction. ?
