| Duties |
Duties - Greet customers warmly and provide expert advice on floral arrangements, plants, and gardening supplies - Take and process online orders, ensuring accuracy in product selection, delivery details, and special instructions - Answer phone calls promptly and professionally; guide customers through options and place orders on their behalf - Support florists with basic prep work such as trimming stems, watering plants, and organizing supplies - Support merchandising efforts by setting up attractive displays that highlight seasonal trends and promotions - Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts. - Help maintain the flower shop website, and social media - Support store cleanliness and organization through stocking supplies, pruning plants, and maintaining the floral department’s appearance - Complete floral deliveries, including organizing delivery schedules, packing arrangements securely, and delivering orders to customers when needed |
