Requirements Strong accounting fundamentals knowledge

- Full cycle accounting knowledge and experience including payroll

- A team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer

- Self-motivated and have good written and verbal communication skills

- Conduct yourself in a professional manner.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines.

- Ability to deal with large volumes of work and occasional stressful situations
Microsoft programs and applications

- Keyloop SDS Serti software experience or a love for figuring out new software

- Good organizational skills.

- Working knowledge of International and supplier / vendors warranty policies

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Full cycle bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)

Duties Process semi-monthly payroll – Remittances, WCB, benefits, RRSP and other employee administration duties
Month end financials and reporting including PST/GST
Track Accounts Receivable – maintain/assess accounts in good standing
Accounts Payable – Invoice entry and monthly payment run
Reconciliation of Bank and Credit Card accounts
Answer phones, emails, and all other correspondence
Assist in other departments as needed
Track/process/report – Benefits and RRSP
