| Duties |
About the Role 16-18$ hr depending on experience Follow all opening and closing checklists and standard operating procedures/ getting the restaurant ready for daily service Organizing/receiving inventory, making lists of products needed and being aware of shortages Attention to detail when ringing in orders with dietary needs and specifications (vegan, vegetarian, gluten free options etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Answering phone call in orders Receiving Online orders Follow all recipe and portion control standards correctly Handling fast paced service rushes with a smile Greeting our customers with a smile and respect Attention to detail when packaging orders for customers and communicating with kitchen Keeping work space clean, sanitized and stocked before and after service Help with Dishes and nightly cleaning duties Working with team members and clear positive communication Following staff guidelines and timelines throughout shift, including showing up minimum 5 minutes before your shift is to start |
