· Serving it Right certified. Food Safe certification an asset.

Position Responsibilities:

· Adhere to the policies set out by the code of conduct.

· Actively promote Radium Golf Group and while contributing to stellar operation and financial responsibility through value and loyalty.

· Prepare table with special attention to sanitation and order.

· Attend to customers upon entrance.

· Take/serve orders and answer questions or make recommendations for other products.

· Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for restaurant patrons following standard recipes.

· Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

· Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen staff.

· Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.

· Issue bills and accept payments.

· Assist with room sets ups and take-down for banquets.

· Maintain the cleanliness of your work area.

· Uniform and name tag to be worn at all times while on shift.

· Pick up any debris or litter you see when moving around the Resort.

· Anticipate challenges and have a solution-oriented mindset.

· Manage your time effectively by focusing on only those things which will contribute to you meeting your objectives.

· Responsible for cashing out own sales for the shift.

· Anticipate supply and HR needs to the Food & Beverage Manager.

· Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication of objectives and coordination with Food & Beverage team and other departments.

· Attention to detail including; dining room, washrooms, patio and inventory rooms.

· Ensure opening/closing duties are completed in accordance to company standards.

· Clear communication to guests, members, team members, contractors and vendors.

· Report all incidents and/or injuries immediately.

· Ensure the safety and confidentiality of our members, guests and team members.

· Adhere to rules regarding health and safety standards.
