Duties Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our amazing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires strong communication skills, classroom management abilities, and a genuine love for working with children. The Early Childhood Educator will collaborate with colleagues to develop age-appropriate curricula and ensure a safe, inclusive space that promotes early childhood education principles.

Responsibilities
• Design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards and regulations
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and social interaction
• Assess and monitor each child's developmental progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and classroom activities
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and other administrative documentation
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum enhancements and participate in team meetings
• Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing appropriate assistance
• Utilize computer skills for record keeping, lesson planning, and educational technology integration
• Demonstrate leadership in managing classroom behavior and promoting a respectful learning environment
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times to maintain a secure environment for children
