Job description Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Infant/Toddler Educator to join our team, committed to fostering a positive learning environment for children with diverse needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and experience working with children. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners' development through engaging and supportive instruction. Responsibilities • Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities tailored to individual student needs • Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development in a nurturing environment • Collaborate with team members, families, and community partners to create personalized learning plans • Assist children with daily routines, including caregiving tasks such as feeding, hygiene, and self-help support • Monitor and document each child's progress, providing feedback to parents and team members • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning • Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate children and their needs needs • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education |
