Requirements • Previous customer service experience preferred • Smart Serve/Serving It Right certification (or willingness to obtain), must be 19 years or older • Friendly, outgoing personality and professional appearance • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions • Must be reliable and available for weekends and holidays • Valid drivers' license preferred Schedule: Full-time seasonal position (April - mid October) Includes evenings, weekends, and holidays |
| Duties |
Responsibilities • Operate the beverage cart safely and efficiently on the golf course • Serve beverages and snacks to golfers in a friendly and professional manner • Handle cash and point-of-sales transactions accurately • Stock, clean and maintain the beverage cart • Ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations • Provide a positive and welcoming experience for all guests • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service while managing time effectively during busy periods |
