| Duties |
Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately with excellent phone etiquette
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records through filing and organization of documents
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail processing
Assist with billing, bookkeeping, and QuickBooks entry as needed
Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing office supplies, and maintaining cleanliness of the front desk area
Provide customer support by answering inquiries professionally and efficiently
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
