Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. |

Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and accountable Property Maintenance Manager to oversee our year-round operations. This role involves leading a team of 4–6 crew members, executing seasonal transitions, and ensuring our work reflects the professional standards Timber Wolf is known for. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the maintenance crew, providing on-site direction and setting the tone for performance and professionalism. Seasonal Oversight: Direct all spring and fall clean-up operations, ensuring quality and efficiency. Snow Removal Management: Oversee snow removal crews and equipment during winter months to ensure prompt, reliable service. Field Presence: Act as the face of the company on job sites, upholding Timberwolf’s brand and quality standards. Problem Solving: Address challenges in the field proactively and ensure work is completed to high standards. Equipment Use: Ensure tools, vehicles, and equipment are used safely and maintained properly.
