| Duties |
Working Status: To be part of the Greywolf Team which will create the best possible service and product that Greywolf Golf Course can offer. To provide services, assistance, direction, welcome and thanks, to the guest and member as they arrive and depart - two of the most important points of contact. Direct responsibilities will include; assist Pro shop Manager with new and returning staff by coaching and leading by example, manage Greywolf’s group business, assist the Pro shop manager with membership services, reservations, checking in of guests, retail sales, cash management and general duties. Essential Functions: Assist Pro shop manager with daily operation of golf shop Operation of the tee time reservation system and its related functions Check-in of golfers on a daily basis Sales of retail product and knowledge of the same Display of retail products and inventory management Communication with starters and marshals Operation of all cash or financial transaction equipment Responsibility for the look and cleanliness of the Golf Shop and surrounding area on a daily basis Guest’s daily needs must be accommodated in the same way a concierge would function Other duties will be developed and discussed |
