| Requirements |
• Must have extremely high attention to detail and the ability to follow directions precisely. • 1–3 years of experience in administrative support or data entry roles. • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets); experience with Excel is an asset. • Ability to independently manage deadlines and complete tasks with minimal supervision. • Strong communication skills and reliability in remote work settings. • Comfortable using cellphones for communication (through talk and text). • Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and client information. |
| Duties |
• Receive employee service log notes and ensure completeness and accuracy. • Organize and enter data into Google Sheets with a high level of precision. • Maintain well-organized digital records and update logs as required. • Compile service log data bi-weekly for payroll processing. • Reconcile hours, flag discrepancies, and ensure complete and accurate information. • Prepare summary sheets or reports for management review. • Organize service log data monthly to support client invoicing. • Prepare draft billing summaries for management review. • Maintain ongoing communication with management |
