Requirements • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR management experience preferred. Experience in healthcare, veterinary, or service-oriented business is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of BC labour and employment standards, and health & safety regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously.
• Preference will be given to candidates with an interest and/or experience with social media marketing: creating content, managing platforms, employer branding, etc.

Duties • Oversee the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding.
• Manage employee records.
• Assist with payroll and benefit plans.
• Ensure compliance with BC employment law, OH&S, and internal policies.
• Act as a resource regarding HR policies, conflict resolution, and performance issues.
• Develop HR strategies to improve retention, engagement, and professional growth.
• Lead or support training programs, scheduling, and team development/staff meetings.
• Social media marketing: preferred
• Support the Practice Owners with administrative and operational projects.
