Requirements |
• Excellent customer service and communication skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Strong teamwork and collaboration • Attention to detail and accuracy with orders/payments • Time management and organizational skills • Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities • Knowledge of food, beverages, and menu items (with ability to upsell) • Cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) system experience • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure • Strong work ethic and reliability Previous serving experience preferred but not required • Smart Serve / Serving It Right (or equivalent certification) required |
Duties |
• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service • Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar • Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner • Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns • Process payments accurately through POS system and handle cash/credit transactions • Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and service areas • Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties (restocking, polishing cutlery, rolling cutlery, etc.) • Follow food safety and sanitation standards • Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations |
