| Duties |
Support servers & bartenders; assist with hosting, bussing, payments, expediting Assign/adjust sections; monitor staff arrival, dress, and duties Communicate specials, updates, and issues to staff & management Manage scheduling: call in/cut staff; cover shifts if needed Oversee side duties, cleaning checklists, and small banquets Monitor inventory; assist with cashouts, voids, promotions, troubleshooting Provide guest service: greet, engage, adjust music/TV/lighting Handle customer concerns, offer solutions/discounts when necessary |
