Job Credentials • Accountable to follow recipes and portion controls properly • Responsible for setting up stations and restocking items; must organize, sanitize, and clean the kitchen, storage areas and coolers • Expected to handle, store and rotate all products properly • Must be able to work calmly in a very high-paced environment • Comfortable in catering to banquets and work well assisting others in the kitchen • Independently close the kitchen by completing all specified shut down and side duties • Perform related duties such as washing dishes, recycling, or any other duties as assigned by the kitchen supervisor |
