Qualifications: * A Bachelor's degree in Business, Education or a relevant area * An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered. * A master's degree is preferred. * A proven record of leadership in business and experience in an academic setting is ideal. * Advanced knowledge and experience with budget development and management, human resources, marketing, stakeholder engagement, and high customer service principles. * A demonstrated commitment to community partnership and an entrepreneurial orientation. |
Duties |
Regular Part-time 60% Duties: This position reports to the Director Workforce Development and focuses on the delivery of workforce training and ensuring efficient, student-centered campus operations at our Creston campus. This position plays a dual role: coordinating responsive workforce education that aligns with local economic needs and managing the day-to-day operational functions of the campus to ensure a welcoming, safe, and effective learning environment in alignment with the College's strategic objectives. |
