| Requirements |
Provide attentive and knowledgeable service to guests in all food and beverage outlets. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all menu items, beverage offerings, and promotions. Assist guests with menu selections and offer recommendations when requested. Accurately enter orders into the POS system and relay them to the kitchen/bar. Process guest payments, including cash, credit/debit cards, and room charges. Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently. Ensure the service area remains clean, stocked, and organized, including replenishing condiments and beverage stations. Perform daily, weekly, and side duties as assigned. Promptly report guest concerns, complaints, or issues to a supervisor for resolution. Receive liquor and supply orders, organizing them properly. Conditions of Employment: Flexible scheduling is required, including early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. Must be 19 years or older to work in the Casino and obtain a Gaming License from the Gaming Policy & Enforcement Branch (GPEB), British Columbia. Must obtain or maintain a Serving It Right certification. Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods. |
