Requirements Comfortable working in a team environment.

Interested in learning about secondary food processing from basic kitchen skills to running processing equipment.
Willing to work in a kitchen, learning food preperation, storage and processing skills.

Willing to learn how to operate, maintain and the sanitation of processing equipment.

Assiting producers with daily operation requirements of food processing, maintenance and sanitation of their facility.

Duties Maintain professional appearance and attitude;
Work varied hours/days.

Take initiative, be self-motivated and perform at an independent, accountable, and dependable .

Work closely within a team environment to ensure the smooth running of the food and beverage operation.

Work safely without presenting a direct threat to self or others.

Work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Preform work that is physical in nature reflected to harvesting and processing of fruits and vegetables.
