Requirements |
Experience in property or non-profit housing management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of BC Tenancy Act preferred. Grant writing and admin experience an asset. Organized, self-motivated, and tech-savvy. Must be able to work independently, maintain records, and attend board meetings. Valid driver’s license required. |
Duties |
Manage tenant relations, maintain records, and coordinate with maintenance contractors. Monitor building safety and condition. Support the board with meeting prep and documentation. Assist with funding applications, BC Housing compliance, and capital planning. Promote tenant well-being through communication and community engagement.
