Requirements |
Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen required. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food prep, and plating. Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be reliable, team-oriented, and thrive under pressure. Food Safe Certification is an asset. |
Duties |
Prepare and execute dishes to spec during dinner service 3–4 nights/week. Maintain a clean, organized station. Assist with prep work and inventory tasks. Follow food safety standards. Collaborate with the Head Chef and restaurant team to deliver quality meals and contribute to a creative, professional kitchen environment. |
