| Duties |
This role dedicates 32 hours weekly to eCommerce, focusing on effective order management and ensuring quality in goods shipped. You will securely pack orders and use our POS/shipping programs to support accurate data management and inventory integrity. This includes fostering communication with eCom support departments and addressing customer inquiries. You'll manage returns, refunds, exchanges, and troubleshoot issues while contributing to data quality projects and online listings. 8 hours will be available for marketing, design, floor sales, or rentals based on your strengths and interests. |
