Duties |
Support the Operations Manager with daily logistics, policies, and procedures. Audit private charter itineraries and P.O.S. system, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Coordinate YYC/YXC transfers, insurance, and documentation. Act as employee liaison and front-line contact for clients. Handle calls, emails, reviews, and social media. Assist with charter bookings, website updates, and marketing. Maintain records, inventory, and office tidiness. Collaborate with accounting on invoices and cashouts. |
