Join Our Team at Gearhub! We are looking for an experienced candidate with a strong background in retail and customer service, preferably in the bike and ski industry. This position offers significant growth potential. - Handle front-line duties including POS, sales, consignment, and customer service, focusing on rentals - Follow management tasks promptly - Guide customers to the appropriate staff - Share knowledge and enthusiasm for bikes and skis - Manage the sales process and build customer relationships - Complete daily opening and closing tasks |
| Duties |
-Must be friendly and approachable, and passionate about skiing, biking and other outdoor sports! -Experience in a customer service role and a sports retail environment is preferred -Must be knowledgeable about mountain bikes, ski equipment and/or other outdoor activities and gear -The ability to multitask in a high-energy, fast-paced environment is a must -Knowledge of the local Fernie trail system is an asset |
